This privacy policy applies to the services of Metanous BV, with its registered office at 9890 Gavere, Ten Stroom 62, company number BE0479.716.765, represented by managing director Mr. Boris Rogge.

Metanous develops custom software in close collaboration with the customer. Our technical expertise combined with our domain knowledge results in state-of-the-art technical and functional solutions—solutions that help your business move forward and make a real difference compared to the competition.

A standard solution is not the best solution for everyone. When you want to build your own intellectual property (IP), preserve your specific way of working, or when no suitable solution exists, Metanous helps you realize the digital version of your business processes.

By using the services of Metanous, you acknowledge that you have read this privacy policy and accept the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. This privacy policy describes how Metanous’ services operate, in particular how Metanous collects, uses, protects, and shares data.

The personal data you provide will only be used for the services or purposes for which you have given your consent. For the execution of its services, Metanous acts as a data processor.

2.4 LeadInfo

We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us related publicly available information such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to provide transparency about how visitors use our website. The tool also processes domains from form inputs (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve its services. For more information, please visit www.leadinfo.com. You can opt out via www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out. In the event of an opt-out, your data will no longer be used by Leadinfo.

3. For what purposes is the data used?

Metanous collects and processes personal data for the purposes listed below. Your data will not be used for other purposes without informing you in advance and, where necessary, requesting your consent.

3.1 To provide you with information about Metanous’ services and activities and to better tailor them to your needs and preferences.

3.2 To establish a business and/or employment-related relationship with you or your company and to properly fulfill the agreement entered into with you.

For registration for a Metanous BV event, we collect personal data such as contact details, professional information, and dietary preferences or restrictions. Your data is collected and processed for your participation in the event (registration, practical communication, etc.) and to provide information about similar events and potentially interesting projects or initiatives. If you do not wish to be contacted about other events or initiatives, you can unsubscribe via the relevant communications.
