The IoT network represents a digital transformation in the hatchery industry

Petersime, a world leader in incubators, hatchery equipment and turnkey hatcheries, is working with Metanous, a leading software supplier, to launch a global IoT network to optimize hatchery production through remote monitoring and control of incubators.

The new IoT network supports every aspect of the hatchery production process and helps improve overall productivity. With the platform, all relevant information about the different processes in the hatchery is digitally available. Users have remote access to real-time data on their incubator performance, allowing them to work more efficiently and productively. Additionally, the network sends out alerts for deviations or problems, allowing for quicker intervention.

"We are very excited to work with Metanous on this important step forward in the incubator industry," says Paul Degraeve, CEO at Petersime. ""Thanks to this IoT network, we can improve our customer service and help them optimize their production process."

"Metanous has been a leading player in high-performance software solutions for machine builders for years," says Boris Rogge of Metanous. "We are proud to have used our expertise to develop this global IoT network for Petersime."

In the coming months, the Petersime and Metanous IoT network will be further expanded. The network will be scaled to more than 5,000 machines worldwide, making it one of the largest of its kind.

In the future, the platform will also use AI algorithms to analyze the data from the IoT network and provide even more precise insights into the performance of incubators and further improve their efficiency.

"We are very excited about the next steps for our IoT platform," says Petersime. "We will continue to innovate and provide the best solutions for improving customers' production processes, solidifying our market leadership in the incubator sector through the IoT network."
